There's just something about walking in England...

that does my legs in! Kev and I usually go on walks back home. But for some reason whenever we're in the UK and do a walk, I end up with really sore legs! And not my calves or thighs which I would know how to stretch out, but on the sides, next to my calves. It's the darndest place to be sore at! And it hurts like a b!tch! Even now, I just walked to the post box to mail some Christmas cards and my legs are killing me! And it's only a 2 minute walk each way!

So I just now mailed my Christmas cards. I was really bad this year, not sure why, but at least I mailed them before Christmas! The UK ones should arrive before Christmas, but the ones in the US will probably arrive early next week. Oops! I'm hoping that those people will be so excited about getting a card from overseas that they'll forget that it's arrived late. :D

So the in-laws have wireless internet access, however FIL put the password in such a safe place that he can't find it now. Now I'm not sure how I'm going to do IComWeLeav. I guess I should have waited till next month to do that. Didn't think that one through did I? But I'm hoping that he'll find the password soon.

Oh and the bags haven't arrived yet! They're coming to MAN on a 2:40 flight this afternoon, so who knows when we'll get our bags. Good news is that I get to go shopping for new clothes! Bad news is that I'm wearing the same clothes for the third day! Aren't you glad you can't smell me?

I'm doing IComWeLeav from my inlaws dial up... that should be interesting.

There might be a way to reset the router. My brother in law setup ours for some reason and he reset it for us after we lost it once. I feel kinda ashamed that I don't know how to do it myself, but I think I could figure it out if I had to.

I hope the UK is fun... don't over do it!

Interesting about the sore legs...could it be that the Brits don't level the surface before laying the path or road, so it's more uneven and requires more small muscle movements? Hmmmmm....All I remember about walking in England is that I did a heck of a lot more of it there, it's just set up for it. Hope you figure out your Internet password, but I think that IComLeavWe is forgiving. :)

Hi! I am Stacey and have enjoyed reading your blog. While reading, I could connect with some of the comments that you made about your in-laws and by possibly not having biological children being a con for you in their minds. With me, my husband is the last hope to carry on the Reilly name. When being farmers, you certainly want to carry on the name and pass the farm down onto another (future) generation.
Wow~I have never been out of the United States, but have had friends that have gone to England before. Hopefully you have had a great time.
If you get the chance, I would really enjoy having you take a look at my blog. I am a new blogger, just got started on December 15th.
Have a wonderful day and will look forward to hopefully having some words of wisdom for me as a fellow PCOS sufferer trying to get pregnant.

Enjoy England!

I love New Year's resolutions too. I am going to list a few on my blog this year and my goal is to stick with them.

Love Amanda's comment. I will have to do a few comments on my phone heading to my in-laws this should prove intersting.
